A core value of eXp Realty, LLC is 'Transparency'. Did you know that per a report commissioned by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), the biggest danger to the real estate industry is 'Masses of Marginal Agents Who Destroy Our Reputation'? Per the report, "The real estate industry is saddled with a large number of part-time, untrained, unethical, and/or incompetent agents. This knowledge gap threatens the credibility of the industry." OUCH! That said, not all REALTORS® are the same, not all doctors are the same, not all dentists, teachers, chefs, law enforcement officers, or politicians are the same. Some are better than others for a variety of reasons, but I strive daily to be the absolute best in our industry. My goal is to continue down the path to becoming the ABSOLUTE BEST REALTOR® by focusing on a few areas where most consumers feel REALTORS® are lacking. Let’s get right to it, breaking down the term REALTOR® and informing you about the real estate industry on a level that few agents will! I have made it my business to reach out to educate as many interested people as possible to get more information about the local real estate market, not to sell them on some dream, or to pressure them about being their agent for a quick sale. I feel like an educated and knowledgeable consumer is the absolute best consumer for any industry. For this reason, I want you to have the latest market information for our area, your home, and anything else you need to complete your real estate dreams.
 

REALTOR®

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® (NAR) and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Speaking of the code of ethics, the very first sentence of the very first article of the code states:

“When representing a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or other clients as an agent, REALTORS® pledge themselves to protect and promote the interest of their client.”
 
Whenever we commit to an agreement to represent someone, this is our top priority! Certifications & Designations

The National Association of REALTORS® has affiliated Societies, Institutes, and Councils which all provide a number of great programs, training, and services to increase the knowledge, skills, and efficiencies of their members. Certifications and Designations recognize experience, a willingness to grow and learn, and expertise in various real estate sectors and are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group after an applicant completes the required courses and criteria. Rinaldi is currently a proudly certified e-PRO® and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
 
  • NAR's e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.
  • NAR's Pricing Strategy Advisor certification is an advanced training established to enhance the skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, and working with appraisers. Additional focus is provided on guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.


Expectations


Consumers should expect the best from anyone who's representing them in any phase of a real estate transaction! If we're being truthful, our industry rightfully gets a bad knock on some of these expectations especially the areas of technology, communication, and responsiveness skills. So often agents will complete a real estate transaction with a client and the client never hears from them again. Our team embraces technology, puts a premium on client communication, and focuses on being able to responsively communicate with clients in the manner in which they're comfortable! My wife is a great example of this. She'd rather communicate via text message and doesn't like long conversations on the phone. That is huge, staying in contact with people while communicating with them quickly in a method that they are comfortable with and prefer.
