I cannot explain how excited I get every single year around the middle of November for the annual release of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers! This report is one of the most information-packed publications that I place a high value on every year because it helps lay the landscape of what is going on in the real estate industry from the perspectives of recent buyers and sellers. As someone who is completely committed and dedicated to the craft and industry, to be able to use quality data and information for the benefit of my clients and I is always appreciated. 

The report provides a simplistic view of the activities and thoughts of buyers and sellers who were involved in a real estate transaction last year. There are graphs and charts throughout the publication which makes it really easy to find what you're looking for. What Sellers Want Most from REALTORS

Not all the content is specifically directed to what buyers and sellers are doing though. There are informational details on what methods REALTORS® are using to market homes where you can compare that to the method that For Sale By Owners (FSBOs) are using to market homes on their own. Some of the most helpful information for myself or any other agent is about the reflection that clients have on REALTORS®, their experience with using agents, how often they will refer other friends and family members to their agent, and how many people used the same agent for their most recent real estate transaction that helped them with their previous purchase or sale.
